There was some excitement in our neighbourhood last night as a team of as many as 40 Toronto Firefighters battled a blaze at the new condo development at 41 Boston Avenue, which coincidentally is only a couple of doors down from our office. Apparently the situation could have been much worse had they not been so quick to respond and take care of business…we wanted to take this opportunity to salute the courageous men and women of Toronto Fire for the work they do every day to keep us safe and sound.

So relax Mom…we’re alright. Just wanted you to know.

Maleta Sparkles at Wine Awards

As a welcome way to ring in the New Year, we have discovered that the 2006 View Old Vines Brut sparkling wine by Maleta Winery has won Silver at the recent Canadian Wine Awards and American Wine Society International Competition events, while their 2005 Meritage has won Bronze at the same events.

Congratulations to Maleta on these notable achievements, and on their continued success. The Winery has also recently become part of Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake. As one of our earliest clients, we always enjoy hearing news of Maleta Winery’s achievements…almost as much as we enjoy their wine!

OK, so it’s a few days late, but at the dawn of another annum the team at Jump would like to wish every one of our clients, suppliers, family, friends, supporters a most prosperous and successful 2009.
